Victor：我们想去外企求职，就说：
Nancy：“I’m applying for a job.”
Victor：或者去申请留学：
Nancy：“I’m applying to college.”
Victor：通常我们需要先填张申请表：
Nancy：Yeah， the form is called an “application，” and you are an “applicant.” So you could say， “I’m applying for a job， I just filled out the application.”
Victor：这三个词都比较长，长的也比较像，不要记混哦。找工作用apply for a job，想要得到这个工作，你得先填个application工作申请表，你是applicant申请人。跟Nancy 来复习一遍：
Nancy：I’m applying for a job.

Victor：好多同学说acted by ，其实是错误的。
Nancy：you should say ，for example“Audrey Hepburn was in Roman Holiday.”or“Audrey Hepburn starred in Roman Holiday.”
Victor：用两个单词一个“in”一个“star”非常的简单。
Nancy：You say “starred” when the person has a big part， or leading role.
Victor：尤其是主角或重要角色，一定要用“star”这个动词。

女：Victor， you notice that I did not say “I ’ve ever been there”， that’s always， always wrong.

男：大家注意，当你回答的时候，千万注意不要把ever加到句子中，这是我们中国同学经常犯的一个错误。

男：大家经常一起出去玩儿，可能一晚上换很多地方，找个大家喜欢的地方，像这种情况，我们就可以说we are going clubbing。

女：If you have to pay to get in， we call that a cover charge. So you could say， “There’s a 50RMB cover.”

男：Cover charge，这里我们讲一个很有用的词，cover charge，就是服务费的意思。There’s a 50RMB cover，服务费50块，快拿来。

女：Or “There’s no cover charge.” Those are the best places.

女：This means they each pay half， or they pay for what they had.

女：But when someone says， “it’s on me，” it means， “I’m going to pay for you.”

女：Now，on Friday afternoon，you could say， “Have a good weekend，”instead of saying goodbye.

男：在周五的晚上跟别人打招呼的时候你就可以说“Have a good weekend”，不要说什么Goodbye的，真不好听。

女：That’s only for Friday.

男：当然这个句子一定要在星期五晚上才可以用哦！
